Eligibility:
Field employees of IRWIN Industries, Inc.’s Construction, Maintenance or Ventura Region Business Units are eligible to participate in the 2008 Safety Rewards Program.
Qualification:
To qualify for a Quarterly Safety Reward, eligible work crews must meet the following criteria:

• NO injury incidents that require off-site medical treatment, and…

• NO vehicle or property-damage incidents
* Work crews are determined by the project or site supervision. Disqualification caused by an individual in the work crew equals disqualification for every member of the work crew for the duration of the quarter.
To qualify for the Year-End Safety Reward, eligible work crews must meet the additional requirements:

• Remain incident free throughout the entire calendar year, and…

• Have a minimum of six (6) months of active employment with IRWIN Industries.
Distribution:
Safety Rewards will be distributed to eligible and qualified employees during the month following the closing quarter. The year-end Safety Reward will be distributed in January 2009.
